No, the state of Montana does not charge sales tax.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm MST (excluding holidays) are generally delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm MST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
